Relay module interface loads

X-Meter device offers 4 ON-OFF modes on the output, which are able to drive 4 outlets with maximum voltage at 24Vac/Vdc and maximum current at 100mA for each one. In order to use these outlets, aimed to drive standard loads inserted in a single-phase 230Vac line, it’s necessary to interface  them to XM15 module.

This module, powered by a single-phase line at 230Vac, provides 4 totally independent relays (one for each X-Meter’s output) each one it’s able to switch a load of 250Vac and current of 16A. For every relay all three contacts with single exchange (C, NC, NO) are available at the outlet (connector board) with two protection varistors (275V) against over-voltage at the contacts. In addition, each of the 4 relays of XM15 module is fitted with a LED to indicate how active it is (that is, when the corresponding outlet of the X-Meter is active) and a manual test button for the switching of the exchange.
